Trade fair with stands, workshops, conferences and demonstrations
A recent survey www.beautystats.be (March 2020) has shown that Flanders needs a professional trade fair for beauty care, massage therapists and wellness operators. No less than 46% of the respondents indicated this. It appears from the survey data that East and West Flanders are geographically more demanding in terms of distribution. These are indeed very wealthy provinces. In this purpose, Waregem expo, a multifunctional event building in West Flanders, seems to be an excellent choice. Waregem is also ideally located in terms of accessibility to Wallonia.
Three sectors united with organic forms
If you look at the logo, the Beauty, Massage and Wellness sectors are organically united by boulders. From the beginning, we chose three pastel shades corresponding to Beauty, Massage and Wellness. These three sectors are closely linked and are an essential part of our society. You will find these colors on all our communication and on the exhibition floor plan with the stands. The abbreviation and hashtag #BMWexpo was deliberately chosen because it is easy to remember. This trade fair will not be like the other fairs. Our aim is to organize a real trade fair where networking among professionals will have the first place.
Beauty, Massage and Wellness Expo (in short www.bmw-expo) is only accessible to qualified beauticians, operators of wellness centers, nail stylists, fitness, slimming studios, browser stylists, hairdressers, make-up artists…; with VAT number. Students and teachers from the beauty sector showing interest in new techniques and wishing to improve their knowledge, are also more than welcome. Direct sales are banned but of course not prohibited. Our choice was clear from the beginning: we want to organize this trade fair as a sustainable meeting place where contact and networking have the priority.
How do we make the difference?
- Our ambition is to become in the short term a healthy, powerful meeting place for the beauty care sector.
- We want to be able to give every exhibitor, small or large, a financially acceptable offer. That is why, in our range, you will find starter stands to larger stands and bare surfaces.
- In addition, we place a strong emphasis on thorough BtoB marketing. Online, print, advert and social media will be actively used from November 2020.
- Finally, we also communicate to French-speaking (Brussels and Wallonia) visitors, representing an extra turnover for your company.
